An Elegant Restored Stone Barn with Rustic Charm and Luxurious Amenities

Our 9000 square foot wedding barn with original bluestone gable walls, fabulous bridal suite, and groom’s ground level lounge, is completely climate-controlled and fully accessible. Check out the stunning Bridal Suite and the comfortable Groom’s Lounge below as well as the venue floor plan.
The Venue Features:
The grand hall of the barn seats up to 260 for a ceremony, dinner and reception with round tables for eight guests each. The structure has massive post and beam 30 foot cathedral ceilings with exposed blue stone walls, expansive windows, and front glass entrance opening into the reception area.

A second large space on the ground level of the barn is lovely for cocktail hour or an additional ceremony space
Also available is the large adjoining courtyard with an outdoor bar, fire pit and view of the pond

A main feature of the venue is the gorgeous bridal suite:
The Bridal Suite
The modern, upscale Bridal Suite adjoining the main hall has cathedral post and beam ceilings, and hardwood floors.
There is a bar and kitchenette for the bridal party, as well as a sitting area with sofa and chairs. There is a spacious hairdressing and makeup area with large mirrors, countertops, and power outlets. This space is accessible as early as 8 am for your special day. The bride has a private full bathroom with a shower and there is an additional spacious restroom for bridesmaids.
Bride’s Loft and Deck
A sitting area in an upper loft overlooking the bride’s lounge is the perfect place to chat and reflect before the ceremony. French doors open onto the private deck off the bridal suite.
For the Groom:
Privately located on the ground floor, the groom’s space features 10 foot ceilings and spacious prep area
Island bar with seating and kitchenette
Large HD TV
Sitting area with sofa and chairs
Private bathroom
Direct access to the outdoor courtyard

We had our reception at Bluestone. Erin was an absolute joy to work with. She was flexible and was there for anything we needed. They took such great care of us, it felt almost as if they were a part of our family. Customer Service is their middle name. They have breathtaking architecture and landscaping; we were able to get all of our photos done on the property.
This was so convenient for us, as we wanted to join our guests at cocktail hour, and we were able to simply walk on over after photos! Easily the best venue in the Lancaster, PA area, in every sense. Thank you, Erin and team, for allowing us to host our special day in your space.
Erin and her family and team go above and beyond to make sure every detail of the day is perfect! I love that they work with wedding coordinators to make sure that the couple has all of their needs met and pull off such a seamless day!! From the moment you drive down the lane, you are transported to a peaceful place! Every detail has been thought out! From the more than accommodating getting ready rooms, down to the gorgeous lighting, Erin and Chad have poured their heart and souls into transforming this historic property into a modern day dream wedding venue!!! Your guests will be wowed by the ambiance and care that Bluestone Delivers!! We are so thankful to have celebrated at such a beautiful place.
